Hi,
I've got a nokia 6630, and am looking for a video conversion utility.
I've already got the Nokia Multimedia Convertor 2, which does some
formats, but it can't seem to do quicktime (MOV), or Real (RM).
Are there any other free/cheap utilities that can convert either
quicktime or real video (or even real audio) to 3gpp format to play in
"real player" on the mobile phone ?

Take a look at EOVideo - trialware from www.eo-video.com
It converts MOV and Real Media to other formats.
