Simfree 3G phone on Orange?
message from BWGames on 30 Jun 2005
Hi,

I currently have a Orange contract (OVP T-Mobile one), and I'd like to use
it with my sim-free Nokia 6680, for data services, GPRS and 3G. Its my
understanding that 3G on Orange is charged as GPRS?

I'd like to use my OVP contract with the Nokia 6680, for 3G and GPRS.

Is this possible? Is it just a question of ringing up Orange and asking for
a new SIM/3G enabled?

Orange will not enable 3G services for you. You can use ordinary GPRS
however.
