Mine arrived today - I sent in the claim just over 2 months ago but it
finally came through.
So, to anyone who was having doubts, don't give up yet...

Mine came last week, about a week late.
No doubts here either. I had enough "evidence" in emails from them to
cause a small claims fuss or similar.
