ISP Phone numbers
message from D4@me.com on 26 Jun 2005
Hi,

Can anyone advise on this?

I am after a phone number for an ISP. I do not want an 0800 number or
0845 number as dialing thes on my Three mobile costs more than the
calles that come with the 750 mins I get built in each month.

I would like to use the mobile as a dial up modem so I can send image
files via ftp.

Three do not allow ftp or web access outside of their walled garden.

I could move to another mobile provider but this is a last resort as I
have renewed the three contract (12 month) at the beginning of Feb, so
have a while for it to run.

Any advise?

TIA

You wont be able to create a CSD (dial up data call) on Three as they
don't support this.

You can't. No internet, no data dial-up.

You only option.

Eh? did you get a new handset or something?
