| 3g windows smartphone? |

Do any of the networks offer a 3g phone running any flavour of Windows
CE? Smartphone / windows mobile, etc?
I know the HTC Universal is due out, but I doubt we'll see it this
year. And even if we do, it'll be only on T-mobile with an 18 month
contract I reckon (based on nothing substantial, I admit) with maybe
orange, voda and 02 following next year?
If anyone knows different, I'd love to know.
Also, do any of the 3g offerings on Orange allow an IRDA connection to
an aging PDA with no bluetooth for data?

No. Universal is the first. Nearest you will get is the Moto A1000
which runs Symbian UIQ. (Same as P900 etc.)
