As so called professionals were doing the work, you like everyone else
would have expected a 1st class job to be done on your property
regardless of who was paying the bill in the end.
I have seen many instances of the so called proffessional brigades
work and a 5 year old todler could probably do better in many instances.
That's the trouble with insurance companies, love to take your money
and promise you the earth, but when it comes to paying for repairs
that you are insured against, they don't like parting with the dosh
and so you finish up with the cowboys.
