Celotex and PVC |

Does anyone know if one has the same problems with PVC in contact with
Celotex (or any polysiocyanurate foam for that matter), as one does with
PVC and polystyrene?

No. Though why are you expecting them to come into contact ? Glueing
Celotex to a wall is not recommended as you'll most likely get pockets of
condensation forming.
