Is it any good? A few houses in the neighbourhood have been done, and
they have been looking for business. House is around 35 years old,
with a lot of moss growth on one side.

I can't see why painting gunge over tiles will help anything, can you?
Before anything can be coated reliably, it usually has to be scrupulously
clean. But in any case, if a tiled roof is leaking it's likely to be
broken tiles, which gunge won't help.

Hi,
Might be good for protecting against frost damage, but that's fairly
rare for roof tiles AFIAK.
