windows DLL missing |

When i turn my pc on,it has a window pop up telling me that c:\windows\system32\stlbdist.DLL is missing. How do i fix this and get this back?

Doing a Google search, I came up with this(Only after breaking it down to
"stlbdist.DLL"...Try the site below.
