Parser Error: Value Creation failed at line 422. And it's impossible to log in.
No new software or hardware was installed.

Very possible that it's adware or spyware causing the problem. Running
AdAware and Spybot S&D might fix it but if you cannot log in then an XP
Repair install should fix it. If you do a repair install be sure to download
those 2 programs and run them on a weekly (at least) basis.
