i have to totally unninstall norton anti virus from my computer ,and some of it just wont go! but they keep tellin me to do it cos i have corrupted files ! then norton say to do a clean boot..and i dnt even know wat that is.and then apparently i gotta optimize my machine.well its brand new a mnth old wat does opytimize mean? and why would i need to optimize a new machine? um really confused and i 'm scared of botchin this up cos my new comps lush please could anyone help?

carey, i clicked on the first link ya gave me to get unninstall info and the puuter crashed i cant help but think while um muckin around tryin to put this norton thing right that a damn virus has crept in and i wouldnt even know ...oh well! i'll keep at it and let ya know okz! thanx a million kaz
