windows explorer crashes |

Hi there! I have a serious problem with my windows explorer. It must crash around 4 times a day or something... It always happens when i try to copy-cut/paste a video, opens a video or just single click on it to view it's properties or whatever. I tried to disable the left pane so the preview window in "Details" doesn't appear anymore, cause I thought that was the problem, but it still does it in "windows classic style". So I don't really know what's the problem now. It's getting really annoying! That's the only problem I got with my Windows XP Pro as of now. Other than that, it works great.
So please, can somebody help me on that?
