upgraded from home to PRO problem

We have a network-based program run from the server \\MyServer\MyApp.exe in
the system startup in windows XP professional, it is running perfectly.

- We have big number of machines having windows XP home edition, when we
upgraded them to be Windows XP PRO, the program does not run on the startup,
even no other network-based programs run on startup.

- If you try to run the program it runs, but the problem is only on startup,
also when you map network drive it runs but this is not recommended for us.

Please try to find a solution for this.
