using internet status bar

Hi, when I used to go to a web site, I used to have a bar at the bottom of the web page showing me the status (eg a green bar that showed me how long until the site was going to open) but now this has dissapeared.
Can someone please tell me how I can get it back again?

Hi Tabba

Open Windows Explorer and go to View>Status Bar. After that has been
enabled go to Tools>Folder Options>View and click on 'Apply to All Folders'.
This will enable the Status Bar in Internet Explorer as well.
