Most likely it was part of a virus that was on your machine, as there is no
.dll file by that name. Your AV software may have removed the bug, but not
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg

You will likely need to remove the string that contains the reference.
