still no firewall help! |

i received one reply, but not another. ok i purchased symantec firewall and before installing i could open windows (xp) media player and burn cds;etc. but now since installing firewall i cannot even open the icon. i checked to see if media player is permitted and it is but still now luck PLEASE HELP!!!
