when I shut down or restart win XP the program ask me for terminated every program running at that time and never is allow tu shut down. How can I fix this isued or how can I put every thing in my Pc like it come from the factory. Thank you so much

to resolve this issue.
click on start--run--type their regedit
Look for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Control Panel\Desktop you will find an entry WaitToKillAppTimeout just lower down the value of this entry

You should exit all running applications before shutting down the computer.
