since installing firewall cant open windows media

since i have purchased and installed firewall, i cannot open windows media. it is supposed to be permitted in my firewall options, but will not open? any ideas?

How did you put it up? Did you right click on the
connection and use Windows firewall? If so, you probably
need to decrease your security in the internet options
window which can be found in the control panel. If you
did not use window's firewall, i need more information.
open windows media. it is supposed to be permitted in my
