recovery of data after installation of XP

Hi all,

Is there any way to recover data after installing XP over ME on a dell presario 8200?

If you have installed over the top of an old partition you can run
www.recovermyfiles.com to see what is left.

I lost all data (did not have backups).

In addition I have problems reinstalling Norton Utilities.
