i am learning to drive at the moment, and my driving instructor gave me a hazard perception disc it has video clips on it. It use to work but i can't play it now it just keeps repeating itself on one clip, but you can abort clip and skip that to the next one, but you do not get scored on it , the cd works on my friends laptop i've tried all sorts and i just can't sort it out please help

the first option - Have you tried to copy the entire CD to hard disk and then run it from here? ( if your CD runs automatically when you insert it then tere's a file Autorun.ini on it look in it and there's a name of file to click after copying the CD to hard disk)
as a general thought it could be CD driver or CD hardware wrong - e.g. I have two CD Drives LG , and there were cases when first (older -1 years) one resisted to read some part of inserted CD whereas the second CD drive read with no hitch.
