runtime error 5 at 01B87098

Can anyone please help me with the above error. I have checked the disable script debugging box and unchecked the display a notification about each script error box also - this has not worked. Dell have informed me to uninstall xp and reinstall. Is this the only way? This is driving me NUTS. Thanks in advance.

An article to read that may help, this is a tough error. Have you installed something
new lately?
