problem removing standard user account

I HAVE TRIED REMOVING MY DAUGHTER'S STANDARD USER ACCOUNT IN XP PRO. WHEN I SELECT TO REMOVE AFTER A MINUTUE OR SO I GET A NOT RESPONDING MESSAGE. HOW DO I GET IT REMOVED?

Hi,

Try to remove it going to Start > Run > lusrmgr.msc

Click on users, right click on the account and choose delete.

Also, I suggest you remove the caplocks key. It looks rude and shouting to
type in caps.
