I am getting alert message each time I start computer: "Windows cannot find 'nstask32.exe'. Make sure you type the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search".
I am not searching for this file. I want to stop this alert message from appearing. What must I do??? Can anyone help me?? Thanks.

You need to run an updated antivirus, spyware and adaware program. This is part of the randex.e virus
