I have a machine with xp that the mother board has gone bad. How does one replace the motherboard and then get xp reinstalled???

How do you know for sure that the motherboard has gone bad ? What are the
symptoms ? Jym

To answer this, it is important to know if you have any computer repair
experience at all, or are you "Confused and Perplexed" in that area too? If
you have no experience "inside the case", I would respectfully suggest you
find someone to do it for you.
