language some english some gibberish

it sounds like an uninvited guest. get a virus/trojan
scan, and scan for mal/spyware as well.
all was working well, now after rebooting in morning, she
can't read anything most of it is in something like
hyrogliphs and some words are english, what happened and
is there any help. thank you
