| importing backup files (by =?Utf-8?B?emVkdGhldGlnZXI=?= on 8 Jun 2004, 1 reply) |
|---|
|
Hi all! Due to a harddrive failure, I had to buy a new hd for my computer. Fortunately, I had almost all my documents backed up, including my address book, and my favourites. My question is; my old hard drive was using Fat 32, I clean installed and went for the NTSF ?(I hope that's right) option for file storage. Will I be able to just import the documents from the media that I saved onto the new harddrive? Or is there some conversion steps needed. If so will XP be able to "figure" it out? Thanks in advance ... (more) |
