I opened the accessability wizard just so that I could add sounds to the
keyboard. I don't remember changing anything else. Now, the icons on the
taskbar are too large. I've look at my display settings and can't find
anything out of the ordinary.

Open Control Panel/Accessability Icon. Go through ALL of the tabs and ALL of
the Settings Buttons there to make sure that something else is not enabled
and that no shortcut keys are enabled.
