error

Im trying to sign up for paypal and i get a error message saying i need to enable cookies in my browser and i dont know how to do it please help email the answer to caseyl13@hotmail.com

Hi,

Go to IE > Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab click on default
level, also go to the Privacy tab,
check that it is set to medium.
