can only open one window

Whilst on the Net I can only open one window. So if i use a link to go to a site i cant get back to the previous site. Very annoying , but im sur someone out there knows how to fix the problem.

Internet Explorer | Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Uncheck:  Reuse windows for launching shortcuts |
Apply | OK
