can not access computer, unable to register

I downloaded windows xp professional on my other computer and was unable to register it, message said not a valid program, unrecognized this came from the previous owner. now i can't get into the computer to delete xp, is there a way around this. it was downloaded into a emachine

and perform a "Repair Install".

1. Delete the Windows XP partition.
2. Create a new partition.
3. Format the new partition.
