copy n paste

hi i was just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem the problem is everytime i copy something i cant paste it e.g i copy a url or do print screen then try pasting it i can not click the paste button i have tried lots of times so it cant be anything like the keyboard or mouse thanks
