XP freeze after broadband connection |

Hi,
I have a Sony VAIO GRX550 w/ Windows XP Pro SP1. When I dial a broadband
connection, my Windows freeze! I click in many programs (notepad, IE,
Winword, et), but nothing happens. I need press CTRL+ALT+DEL many time (+-
60x) for unfreeze the Windows.
What's wrong ? The same thing happens when I connect in a LAN.

The freeze time is 120 seconds. After this, the Windows back to normal.
