Want to switch from incredimail to outlook express but how? |

I have incredimail installed and have been using it for some time now. I have recently found out that it does not show up on some emails I'm sending. I would like to go back to my original outlook express. How do I get my folders and messages from incredimail to outlook express? I have a lot of important stuff that I can't lose. Hope all this makes sense!
