Why does MediaPlayer want download drivers for SVCD play all the time ?

Its just anoying it plays them fine ? the Mpg i mean, but everytime i
want to view one it gos though the download driver but does not do it,
Error Downloading codec ?

Stupid it is.

Whats going on ?
