Windows Update KB828741

This updates has downloaded and been installed EIGHT times on my
computer in the last 2 or 3 days. Everytime
I reboot, in a short while I get a notice of "new updates to download
and install" and it is ALWAYS this update.
Anyone else having this problem? Know how to make it stop? Thanks
