When I try to open "Services" I get an error message that says

message from =?Utf-8?B?Y2luZGVyaWFu?= on 12 Jun 2004
something like "Unable to open", then an error message is sent to Microsoft Error Reporting. I am the Administrator and have full access rights and privlidges. Any suggestions? Nothing turns up using Sys Config, System Information, File Protection Utility, Registry Checker etc. I use an Antivirus, XP firewall and a router so I do not think it is a virus.

Hi

Have a look in Event Viewer to see if there are any entries that might point
to the problem.
