Windows Explorer - Folder Tree Errors |
| message from WASPFAN on 10 Jun 2004 |
I have been having an issue on multiple Windows 2K and Windows XP
systems with Windows Explorer -- When traversing the folders left hand pane
I sometimes get errors saying the path can't be found ("The filename,
directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.") ---
The path it gives in the error has a strange square as one of the file
system levels and the path is not accurate -- If I shutdown all explorer
windows it goes away with a new one - just such a nusance --
I am an IT professional and have tons of windows experience -- I use
explorer quite a bit for file copies, etc...
Any help I would appreciate it --
