Task Manager missing Menu

message from =?Utf-8?B?Q1dU?= on 5 Jun 2004
I just noticed that when I call up task manager (ctrl-alt-del) the list box part of the form opens but there is no titlebar or menu at the top.

I have no idea if this was something I did. (Do notthink so) or something else entirely.

TM cannot be closed either from the applicaion form (Obviously) nor from a right click on the taskbar icon. The right click menu does not show.

Any ideas??

Hi

Try double-clicking the edge of TM.

Is that documented behavior?

I'm still getting used to my laptop's touch pad tapping sensitivity.
That's probably the source of the clicks that put Task Manager into
that minimal state.

Many thanks for the tip.

Hi

If you mean, is the double-clicking documented, then yes it is, in 'Windows
XP Inside Out'

All MS monitoring tools have had this feature for years.
