Strange Right-Click-Problem |

Hi there,
I have a very strange Problem.
When I right-click an icon, then suddenly all the icon
symbols-dissappear for a few seconds and after it you can see them all
again. So I can't delete an icon if I want to.
Also its the same thing when I click on an icon and then press the
"Del" key.
And when I want to copy a folder in the "Windows-Explorer" and press
the keys "STRG + C" or "STRG + X" it suddenly cancels all, the
explorer vanishes and puts me back, so that I cannot even copy my
folders.
It is not a virus - I scanned my pc with the newest software, so what
is it?
