Windows xp home edition always starts in selective mode. When I go into msconfig & change settings to normal startup & restart computor, it always starts in selective startup, why is this

Hi bears 100,
I take it you've gone to msconfig > general tab and selected normal
startup.
You can also check in the boot.ini tab that /SAFEBOOT /NOGUIBOOT
/BOOTLOG /BASEVIDEO /SOS are all unchecked.
