Please help. Microsoft could not. I was on the phone with them for three hours. I just purchased a Microsoft Optical Desktop Pro. I was able to install the software for the mouseand got it working properly, but everytime i try to install the software for the keyboard(which is on the same disc), Windows Installer pops up and tell me to install disc Intellitype 2.1. The problem is that and also that the software's disc is 5.0. What can i do to install my keyboard?

There is something about a new product. We expect it to work. It seem to me
if the advice MS has already have given you ( three hours worth ) has not
got it working , that your chances of somebody here getting it working is
very remote. Take it back for a refund. Jym
