There is a dir I can't delete. I have tried using cmd and

Hi
Try renaming it from a command prompt and then deleting. Failing that, try
Safe Mode.

Hi,
Try opening a command prompt, browsing to the parent directory, open
task manager and kill explorer.exe
Type in the command prompt
rd directory_name /s
Open a new task in task manager --> explorer.exe
