Hello,
It appears that whenever I have internet explorer open, it forces my Shift key to be used for some reason. This affects my mouse and and keyboard commands I need to use. If I hit the Shift key a couple times, it will go back to normal. But within 10 seconds, it gets stuck again. I know this is not a physical issue with my keyboard because it happens when I don't even use it. What causes this?
I run Windows XP and IE version 6.0
