Stop Error Msg:

message from =?Utf-8?B?RGVubmlzZw==?= on 1 Jun 2004
0x000000f4 (0x00000003, 0x81d83020, 0x81d83194, 0x805f0a5c)

My pc boots up to the login screen and goes to a bluescreen with the above message.

Has anyone encountered this problem and if so, how did you resolve it?

Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.
