RE: pls help..."Windows Explorer" disappears regularly...

I'm having the same problem, FREQUENTLY! I haven't narrowed it down to any specific program or action, it happens OFTEN. It often happens while actively using Explorer. (This is Explorer, not IE.)

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.
