Receiving message popping up in window saying 'wintools.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close' Rebooted pc and noticed that wintools advises 'wtoolsa.exe is too big to fit in memory' Ran norton antivirus but still receivng message?

Receiving above message every few minutes and when rebooted noticed that the WINTOOLS window advised that ' wtoolsa.exe is too big to fit in memory' Thought it might be a virus and ran norton but still continuing....any ideas?
