The best way to prevent programs from launching at startup is to disable the
setting from the program options or preferences menu. You might also see a
shortcut in your all programs|startup folder. You can delete unwanted
shortcuts from there. Msconfig is not a startup manager and editing the
registry can get you in trouble unless you know exactly what you're doing.
