Rebooting after Bugcheck?

I am running XP Pro on an old Telenet server with duel P3s 600 Mhtz. With no real consistancy the computer just reboots. this is the message in the system log "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0xf0247415, 0x82ab5365, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini060404-01.dmp." Any ideas? I am at a loss and getting frustrated. I looked on line and submmitted the Mini Dump and just "ain't" finding any solutions.
