Run dialog missing from start menu

I have never thought of this missing dialog until now when I need to
run the regedit function to rid of some adware, just realised this
"Run" dialog is not there anymore. Does anyone know how I can get it
back? Appreciate your help.

Properties > Start Menu > Customize.
Place a check next to "Display Run"
