Hi
I have been having similar problems, everything working OK copying & backup fine until now,
I could replicate the re-boot/crash by running norton antivirus, each time a microsoft 'serious error report' was sent a return was 'device driver problem'.
I assumed it was a virus, I downloaded AVG antivirus & it found 4 virus
Trojan horse Downloader.Agent.AS
Trojan horse Downloader.Small.6.l
Worm/Lovsan.A
Trojan horse Dropper.Bridge.A
This last one could not be repaired or quaranteened-but resides on partition F:
I still have the problem of crashing.
